The recipes in this book are very well written and easy to follow. There is a section describing unfamiliar ingredients, and the lesser know cuisines of Southeast Asia such as Burmese and Cambodian have some very good representative dishes. Just about every recipe is usable, and there are some very exotic specialties such as Burmese tea leaf salad. The photography is excellent. I'd highly recommend this book.

After reading and researching many of authors sources, this is the best book written about one of our nations most controversial figures.From his impeccable Civil War record through his record in the Indian Wars which shaped development of this nation, we can all be proud of this man. If you thought the worst of this man, as I, you will reconsider and admire him.

A perfect source of information for those days when you want to remember music of the past. Great for settling disputes, answering trivia questions, or just getting the cobwebs out of the musical side of your brain. Highly recommended for all music lovers libraries.

Even though I read this book a little while ago, I remember it being good. I liked the whole book, especially the end and the middle.

Danny makes a ghost-detector and a robot bloodhound in this especially action-packed episode. Irene encounters a hippie. Joe opines that they should all be sleeping and/or eating. I love it!!!

I bought this book as a modeler for details. As an aircraft engineer myself, this is the most valuable book concerning the X-15. If you like to do details in your models than this book is a must have.Also the development of the aircraft is written with great knowledge. Superb...

My child's piano teacher uses this book in conjunction with the Piano Student book by the same authors. These two books seem to work very well together. My child really enjoys this book, as it has interesting tunes that she can play even though she is just beginning to learn how to play the piano.

I feel that Mr. Ranade has done a great job by writing such a reader friendly book but i feel that a topic that needs a little bit more evaluation is the Field proc and the edit proc and how they can be applied on a table so that it facilitates the sorting of data according tothe user needs.

This book examines the insights that political theory can provide in order to understand the value bases of the environmental crisis. It shows the role that modern values play in our lives that is claimed to be both undesirable and unsustainable. It argues for the need for both the transformation of the current dominant set of modern values which emphasize status competition and materialism, as well as the transformation in our social instiutions and practices. Those interested in political ecology will find this book useful.

This is a well researched and well written description of a time and place in Dallas in the 20's and 30's that has long been overdue. The history of blues, jazz, gospel and country was written in Deep Ellum. It was a "good read", and I recommend it highly.
